Process chamber

What is a Process Chamber?
The process chamber is the unit where the products to be treated are introduced and where the vacuum is produced. It is made of steel plate, suitably reinforced to correct the inertia of the depression generated by the vacuum. vacuum generator set. Subsequently, the chamber undergoes a treatment carried out by a specialist treatment and painting company with more than 30 years of experience. The inside of the chamber has an additional protection of food grade Epoxy resin.
A condensing coil supported on the wall absorbs all the steam coming from the parts and condenses it.
Camera formats according to capacity
In Moelco Levante we have different process chamber formats, depending on the capacity of the Vacuum Cooler. These formats can be:
- VCL formatThe camera is equipped with a camera with a single load train.
- VCD formatin this case it is a camera with a double load train.
VCL format: simple freight train.

Types of Conveyors
The product is packed, stacked on pallets and, by means of conveyors, is introduced into the special hermetic chamber where the vacuum is to be produced.
Roller conveyors
This system allows loading and unloading at an identified loading point. A motor allows the load to move in and out of the roller conveyor.
Platform conveyors
The pallets are loaded directly onto the platform located in the loading/unloading area. Once the product is loaded, the motor will be activated so that the platform enters the vacuum chamber.
Once the cooling cycle is finished, the platform will exit through the same door it entered to proceed to the unloading of the product. This arrangement allows the loading or unloading of products at the same time that the products on the other platform are inside the chamber.
Chain conveyors
This system allows loading and unloading at an identified loading point. A motor allows the load to be moved in and out on the 3-chain conveyor.
